The flexible solar panel is a new-generation solar panel. As technology advances, it can meet growing energy needs in the most flexible way. Electricity has now become an indispensable energy source. On an individual level, solar panels are the most important source of energy. Solar panels have been widely used in grid-connected power plants, which is why uniform glass panels emerged. Because glass panels are very heavy and cannot be shaped, they can meet individual needs only to a very limited extent.
As technology has advanced, flexible solar panels have come to the fore and offer many advantages in terms of weight, efficiency and custom sizing. Yes, you read that correctly: the flexible solar panel is more efficient than other glass panels.
FLEXIBILITY
With their technology, which is anything but static or ordinary, flexible solar panels can adapt to any flexible or curved surface. Preferred in almost all R&D work, flexible panels can be produced in any desired size and dimensions. In both shape and size, flexible solar panels are completely out of the ordinary and can adapt to every condition.
These highly flexible solar panels use cells with a high silicon content and a high flexibility ratio.
These solar panel cells, which we call amorphous silicon, are suitable for both curved surfaces and moving vehicles.
With a flexing capacity of at least 25 degrees in each direction, 50 degrees in total, flexible solar panel cells fit all curved surfaces perfectly.

Size and Weight
Flexible solar panels are generally preferred for two important reasons. The first is that they can flex, and the second is that they are lightweight. Without the weight of glass and aluminium, all layers of flexible solar panels are made of films resistant to heat, radiation and ageing. For this reason, they are at least 5 times lighter than a glass panel that produces the same amount of energy.
Being very lightweight, flexible solar panels can also be designed to any desired size. With glass panels, panel power is determined by standard glass sizes. With flexible solar panels, however, we determine the size according to the power required. Flexible panels, generally used on yachts and caravans, R&D
We will evaluate efficiency from two different perspectives. Our flexible solar panels are manufactured from highly flexible mono cells with a high silicon content.
The cell efficiency of flexible solar cells is between 20% and 23%. This is higher than the efficiency of all other cells in the world, including glass panel cells.
Flexible mono cells have an increased silicon content and an efficiency of 20-23%. In addition, thanks to the 10-busbar structure, even if part of the cell is shaded, the remaining part continues to work at full efficiency.

Efficiency is calculated as the ratio of a solar panel cell's energy production capacity to its size.
